Thanks for checking out my portfolio! My name is Michael Morris and I am a graduate of the University of Colorado with a B.S. in Creative Technology and Design (CTD). I currently have two years of experience in various digital product design roles for tech companies that specialize in SAAS.
To me, design is an infinite loop of problem-solving to create solutions. As time evolves, so does the problem and a new solution is required that accounts for varying points of view. When I need another eye, I can often count on my 6-year-old nephew and older sister for their support and honest opinions. I know you are wondering and yes, my nephew is often much more honest than he is supportive.
I'm a curious person who loves to learn about how my favorite things like a good motion graphic or Spotify work and are made. I'm fascinated by the 3D depth and interactions that can be emulated on a 2D surface like our phone and computer screens, and how they translate effectively for users of software. This curiosity is often the inspiration behind many of my own projects. When I'm not making things on a computer, you can find me losing online sneaker raffles or snacking on Goldfish.
